General Information
Authors are invited to submit versions of full papers of up to 6 pages, inin IEEE 8.5x11 conference format (see formatting instructions)
Paper submissions should be anonymized to facilitate blind review. Authors are encouraged to take care throughout the entire document to minimize references that may reveal the identity of the authors or their institutions.
Formatting Instructions
Please be sure your paper is formatted properly for submission. In particular, please note the following paper formatting requirements:Submissions should not exceed 6 pages in in IEEE 8.5x11 conference format and formatted in strict accordance with the IEEE Computer Society author guidelines. For your convenience, templates are available here. Submissions should be anonymized to facilitate blind review (see above).
